- I've been brewing for about 6 years or so now and I am an all-grain brewer. I
love brewing Belgian-Style beers because I can't get a lot of them where I live. It's really the only way I get to enjoy certain styles.

- My Favorite beers change like the wind. It all depends on what mood I am in. At the moment I am really digging anything that Fantome does.

- Flanders Red, Oud Bruin, Belgian Dark Strong Ales, Belgian Golden Strong Ales, Russian Imp Stouts, Big IPAs, Smoke Beers, Anything funky or Sour.
- Favorite Breweries:
- Jolly Pumpkin/Leelanau Brewing Co, Russian River, Founders, Three Floyds, Van Steenberg, Moortgat, Gouden Carolous, De Struise Brauwers, Mikkeller, etc.
